Catalog Sync (annually - recommended) 

An accurate catalog hierarchy is important for categorization, analysis, and successful hot sheet updates. Unfortunately, the only way to fix this in mass is through macros via Network/Secure Access, and let's be honest: macros are complex and dreadful. This service ensures departments, classes, finelines, and vendors are set up in your system and named correctly. Additionally, we’ll sync your SKUs to the correct hierarchy and align descriptions, MFG numbers, and Discovery flags!

Delete Report (annually - recommended) 

Cleaning your server of SKU clutter is an essential part of maintaining a healthy database, ensuring viewers run faster and Eagle reporting is not filled with SKU noise. The Delete Report targets SKUs meeting the following criteria:

• QOH, QOO, FOQ, and Committed Qty = 0
• Last Sale, Purchase, Phsyical, and Date Added are older than 2 years
• Keep Stock Info = Yes
