Network Access Steps:
Stores with Secure Access will not be able to paste in the macro, you'll need to build the macro manually which is different than typing in the macro.
File Prep (A)
- Enable Editing and Enable Content.
- Sort out any data you may want to exclude using the column filters.
- Click the button in the header called "Export for NA".
- The file is automatically prepped as a .txt file and needs to be saved. Save location defaults to the Desktop\MangoFiles...
- Close out of Excel.
Network Access Import (B)- In Eagle Browser, launch Network Access (NA).
- In the Function line type MDE and press Enter.
- In the upper right, click Options -> Keys -> Programmable Keys.
- Pick an open Key, for this help I will use Ctrl + F6.
- Under Data File Name: click the ". . .".
- Select the file we saved in Step A.4 above.
- One time setup - Under Macro Definition: paste the following WITHOUT the asterisks. **If you are unable to Paste the macro, this is because you have Secure Access. Please see the "Building the Macro for Secure Access users" below.
- Single Store: **{Column 2}{BREAK}{ENTER}{ENTER}{BS}{DEL}{Column 3}{F4}{BREAK}{ENTER}{ENTER}{BS}{DEL}{Column 3}{F5}{F12}**
- Multi Store: **{DEL}{Column 1}{ENTER}{Column 2}{BREAK}{ENTER}{ENTER}{BS}{DEL}{Column 3}{F4}{BREAK}{ENTER}{ENTER}{BS}{DEL}{Column 3}{F5}{F12}**
- Uncheck the box that says "Macro playback follows keyboard focus".
- Click OK.
- Press F12 to ensure the screen is clear.
- Press the programmable key you used, in this case, I used Ctrl + F6.
- The screen will begin to flash. This process may take several minutes depending on the number of stores/updates.
- When the screen has stopped you can close out of Network Access, you're finished!

- Press the Pause/Break key on your keyboard.

This tab can be processed quickest using Acenet but Data Import and Network Access instructions are also available.
Request Hotsheets from Acenet: (Preferred Method)- Acenet can only handle 1,500 SKUs at a time, if you have more you'll repeat these steps for each block of 1,500 SKUs.
- Select the following columns by clicking on the header letter: SKU (Column B).
- Copy the data (Ctrl + C).
- Open a web browser and log into Acenet.
- Under the Manage Product heading, click Request Hotsheets (2nd column to the right).
- Click Import in the upper right.
- A new window will appear.
- Right-click in the grid and select Paste.
- Delete the first record that says "SKU".
- Click Import at the bottom of the window.
- Click Close.
- If multi-store, select all your stores.
- Click Submit in the bottom right.
- You should get a window stating they've been successfully submitted.
- You can close out of Excel and Acenet. These SKUs will be updated in the next 48 hours with your system's Hotsheet process.

Excel File Prep
- Select the following columns by clicking on the header letter: StoreID, SKU, Corrected Dept, Catalog Class, Catalog Fineline, Catalog Description, Catalog Manufacturer, Catalog Mfg Num (A, B, D, G, J, M, P, S).
- Holding Ctrl allows you to select multiple columns.
- Copy the data (Ctrl + C).
- Open a new Excel window (Ctrl + N).
- Paste the data (Ctrl + P).
- Delete the first 2 rows of data.
- Click row 1 and 2, right-click and select Delete.
- Save the file as a Comma Delimited type (.csv).
- Close out of Excel.
Import the Data- Open Eagle Browser.
- Locate the folder named Data Import and click on it.
- Select Inventory Import Designer.
- Under Import File Type select Comma Delimited.
- In the top ribbon, select Open (F3).
- Select the CSV file you saved in Excel.
- Double check the Import File Type is still Comma Delimited.
- In the top ribbon, select Map Field (F6). This is where we'll begin to tell the Eagle system what each column is from the Excel file.
- Find and select Store, click OK.
- It will ask what Position. StoreID was column 1 in our CSV file so enter 1, click OK. We'll repeat this for the remaining columns.
- In the top ribbon, select Map Field (F6).
- Find and select SKU, click OK. Position 2.
- Repeat steps 11 and 12 for the remaining columns.
- Department, Position 3.
- Class, Position 4.
- Fineline, Position 5.
- Description, Position 6.
- Manufacturer, Position 7.
- Mfg Part #, Position 8.
- Under Import Options, set the Flex Name to CATDIFF.
- Click on Store for chg and select All.
- In the top ribbon, click Import
- A new dialog box will appear, click Import.
- Once complete the box will pop up, click Cancel and close out of Data Import.
Finalize Changes- In the Launch bar of Eagle Browser, type RFL and press Enter
- Print Setup -> Print To -> S (spooler)
- Options -> Store -> Delete out the value so it is blank
- Options -> Options -> F (update inventory file)
- Options -> Flex Name -> CATDIFF
- In the top ribbon, click Run (F4)
- You may see a message "No records exist for this flex name." This is okay as things can be automatically finalized for you and doesn't always require the RFL Step
- You may see a message "Do you wish to exit". Click Yes
- Close out of RFL. You're now complete. You can spot check IMU if you would like.
