We use a background application to transmit the data between your Eagle Server and Mango Report, which is installed on two machines in your organization. The instructions below are for reinstalling the application on your machine. Once the installation is complete, please email support@mangoreport.com with your Ace Store Number and your computer name if you happen to know it.
1. Click on both files at the bottom of this article (5_MangoExchangeSetup395 and 5_setup)
2. The file should download in the upper right-hand corner.
3. Click on the 5_setup.exe file.
4. You may be prompted with a message to install C++ 2014. Click Install
5. You may see a message to allow the app to make changes. Click Yes
6. You will now see the prompt for the Mango Exchange Setup Wizard; click Next.
7. On the Installation Folder prompt, click Next.
8. On the Confirm Installation prompt, click Next.
9. You may see another message to allow the app to make changes. Click Yes
10. You should recive a prompt when the installation is complete.
11. Please send an email with your Ace Store number and your computer's name so we can link it to your account.
