This is a full SKU listing of SKUs in your store with a match to either Ace's Catalog or its Acenet Direct dropship Catalog. You can use Column G to show (or filter on) regular warehouse SKUs (RSC) or Acenet Direct Dropship SKUs.

RSC Catalog SKUs

To convert the non-Ace SKUs to an Ace SKUs we first need to add the Ace SKUs to our system then use the RCIN function to change the old non-Ace SKU into the newly added SKU.

1. In your Eagle Browser, type CAT into the launch bar.
2. Type the Ace SKU you would like to convert into (this is the right-hand SKU on your report) and press Enter.
3. Press Add (F4), a new window will appear, click Add again.
4. Press Esc to return to the item search.
5. Repeat step 2 and 3 for all SKUs you would like to convert.
6. Eagle Browser, launch RCIN.
7. Press Add (F4).
8. Type in a Batch Name (MUPC) for example.
9. Type in your first non-Ace SKU for the Old SKU and its corresponding Ace SKU for the New SKU.
10. You can leave New Description blank and make sure Change Type is "B" - Combine, click OK.
11. Repeat step 10 for each SKU you would like to convert; when you're done click Cancel.
12. Finalize the page by pressing Finalize (F3).
13. A Change Item Number Report will appear, in the Print To select Spooler Only (S).
14. Standard -> Options -> D, N, R, T, U.
15. In the top ribbon, click on Run (F4).
16. Do you wish to exit, click Yes.
17. Launch IMU and display each newly added Ace SKU.
18. In the Stocking tab, select Ace from the Prime Vend field.
19. Review pricing and other settings for accuracy.
20. Click the Change button to save your changes.

Acenet Direct SKUs

1. Eagle Browser, launch RCIN.
2. Press Add (F4).
3. Type in a Batch Name (DIRECT) for example.
4. Type in your first non-Ace SKU for the Old SKU and its corresponding Acenet Direct SKU for the New SKU.
5. Copy the Description from the report (Column I) and paste it into the New Description field.
6. Set the Change Type to "C" - Change, click OK.
7. Repeat steps 4-6 for each SKU you would like to convert; when you're done click Cancel.
8. Finalize the page by pressing Finalize (F3).
9. A Change Item Number Report will appear, in the Print To select Spooler Only (S).
10. Standard -> Options -> D, N, R, T, U.
11. In the top ribbon, click on Run (F4).
12. Do you wish to exit, click Yes.
13. Launch IMU and display each newly added Ace SKU.
14. Review pricing and other settings for accuracy.
15. Click the Change button to save any changes you made.
