Missing Store Closeout

This attempts to identify active warehouse SKUs that appear to be discounted in your store, but are missing their Store Closeout Y flag. Without setting the Store Closeout flag to Y, these SKUs risk being reordered when sold.

  • Steps to process this report:

    1. Launch Eagle Browser.
    2. Enter in the SKU.
    3. Click on the Codes tab.
    4. Set the Store Closeout flag to Y.
    5. Press Change (F5).
    • Stores employ various methods to exclude closed out items from being reordered. The most common and preferred way is to explicitly set the SKU's Store Closeout flag to Y and change its location to the store's closed out or "dropped" range (usually DRXX where XX = the year in which it was closed out).

  • Steps to process this report:

    1. Select the Products Menu.
    2. In the search box, type a SKU from your report and press Enter.
    3. In the Stock & Sell tab, set Store Closeout to Yes.
    4. Press Save in the upper-right.
    5. Repeat these steps for each SKU listed.
