This report lists SKUs from Ace's current Minimum Order Point listing. Compliance to this list makes up your Project Quantities (MOP%) KPI (one of Ace's key performance indicators).  SKUs are sorted with top sellers listed first and filtered to show only SKUs with order points less than Ace's recommendations. Through Ace's shopping basket analysis (and a little Mango juice), Ace maintains a listing of SKUs which tend to sell in multiples. This list is updated annually and store compliance is measured as one of Ace's KPIs (key performance indicator). The list reveals many good suggestions.

• Steps to process this report:

  1. In Eagle Browser, launch Inventory Maintenance (IMU).
  2. Enter the SKU and click the Display button (F6).
  3. Type in the SKUs desired Minimum Order Point.
  4. Press Change (F5), move onto the next SKU.

  ⚠ An error can occur if the ROP Protect flag = Y. In the codes tab, set ROP Protect = N, press Change and follow steps 3 and 4 again. ROP Protect can now be set back to Y if desired.

  Note: your order point report (ROP) typically recalculates on a weekly basis (7th, 14th, 21st and 28th). Your order will not be affected until after your order point report (ROP) recalculates. If you don't want to wait until then also replace your Order Point in step 3 above.

• Steps to process this report:

  1. Select the Products Menu.
  2. In the search box, type a SKU from your report and press Enter.
  3. In the Buying tab, Update the Min Order Point to the suggested ACE MOP from your report.
  4. Press Save in the upper-right.
  5. Repeat these steps for each SKU listed.
