This report identifies Cost and/or QOH errors in your system affecting Dollar Accuracy. These errors occur when QOH values seem excessive or Retail, Average or Replacement costs are misaligned. This report, along with your Store Supply and Persistent Negative QOH Reports are your Level 2 - Dollar Accuracy Boundary reports. SKUs will be reported every month until corrected.

Steps to process this report:
- Start with the first SKU on your Cost/QOH error report.
- Verify the SKU's physical QOH.
- If the QOH is out of line then correct it in PIP.
- Verify and correct the SKU's Retail, Average, and Replacement Costs in the Pricing tab of Inventory Maintenance.
- In Eagle Browser, open Inventory Maintenance.
- Enter the SKU from your Cost/QOH Error report and click the Display button.
- Click on the Pricing Tab.
- Retail, Average, and Replacement costs can be aligned if out-of-whack. (for stores with columnar pricing grids, you can edit costs in the 2nd or 3rd column).
- Update the SKU's "Date of Last Physical" in Inventory Maintenance.
Special Cases
There may be a few SKUs on your list that have the correct pricing and QOH info:

Placeholder - (holds the value of an entire department or class of goods) then please see our Setting Up Placeholder SKUs page to set this SKU up in a Mango-compatible way.

Low Turns - SKUs with high inventory value and low (or no) sales history can sometimes be falsely listed on this report. This is especially true for stores new to Mango that have large quantities of out-of-season inventory (ice melter, fertilizer). You can update the SKU's Date of Last Physical in Eagle Inventory Maintenance and these SKUs should fall off the report.

AVG EXT COST: The Extended value of the SKU by multiplying its QOH times its Average Cost.

Steps to process this report:
- Select the Products Menu.
- In the search box, type a SKU from your report and press Enter.
- In the Stock & Sell tab, verify the SKU's physical QOH.
- If the QOH is out of line then correct it in Physical Inventory.
- Verify and correct the SKU's Retail, Average, and Replacement Costs in the Prices & Cost tab.

Update the SKU's "Last Count Date" in Stock & Sell.
- Select Actions in the upper-right.
- Adjust Inventory.
- Set Toggle to Variance.
- Enter a Count of 0.
- Select Finalize.
